01 Story and origins

Born in Istanbul, Selin Küçüksöz studied accessory design at the Istanbul Fashion Academy after graduating from Yeditepe University's Department of Industrial Design. She developed her unique visual language by combining her design education with meditation, shamanic journeys, sound studies, and various creative inner practices that she developed over the years.

The starting point of the Selin Küçüksöz brand, founded in 2015, was the transformation of inner experiences into symbols, and symbols into stories and wearable works of art.

Every pattern is first born as an inner vision.

02 Design atelier

Images, symbols, and feelings that emerge during meditation and inner journeys first turn into drawings, and then into unique patterns. Every piece, ranging from silk scarves to cotton shawls, kimonos to accessories, and ritual objects, is a different carrier of this visual world.

For Selin Küçüksöz, every journey has its own story. Every pattern is a door opening to that story and to one's own inner world.

For this reason, she does not see textiles as just a material, and fashion as just a way of dressing. Design is a tool to make intuition, memory, transformation, the bond with nature, and one's journey towards oneself visible.

At the core of the brand is the idea that the designed pieces are not just to be worn; over time, they integrate with the wearer's own story. A scarf, a kimono, or a small foulard gains new meaning in a different body, in a different life.

03 Our inspirations

Nature, transformation, intuition, memory, connection, and belonging constitute the recurring themes of the Selin Küçüksöz universe. While each collection explores a different layer of these concepts, pieces produced in limited quantities are brought to life with original illustrations, natural fabrics, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Today, Selin Küçüksöz is an independent design brand that brings together inner visions with contemporary design; continuing to share its stories through silk scarves, shawls, kimonos, accessories, and ritual objects.
