Returns and Exchanges

Product return and exchange requests are made in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, based on the following criteria.

By law, for sales made online (distance contracts), consumers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided they have not used or damaged it, without incurring any legal or penal liability and without stating any reason, under the right of withdrawal.

In case of a return, the product must be shipped to the return address of our online store channel.

The shipping fee for returns belongs to the customer.
